Rooms Description
There are 4 bedrooms in the house. The first bedroom has a double 4 poster bed with air conditioning and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has double bed, air conditioning and access to the terrace. Bedroom 3 has a single bed, but there is no air conditioning. It also has access to a balcony. Bedroom 4 is on the ground level, there is a double bed, but no air conditioning inside.


baths
There are 3 bathrooms in all. First bathroom is upstairs furnished with bath / shower, toilet bidet and twin sinks. The shower room is on the lower floor. The third bathroom is on the ground floor with walk in shower.


Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted with coffee maker, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven, kettle, washing machine and electric kitchen.

Living Room
There are 2 bright spacious living rooms, both of them furnished with very comfy sofas, dining areas and TV.

Others
The property benefits from a great blue swimming pool with an oasis in the middle with plenty of banana trees, all prepared for lazy summer days. Let your children play in the big terrace while you sunbathe.

 

Cleaning, Towels...
A general cleaning is done upon arrival and each saturday. 


Amenities/Facilities
By the pool there is a BBQ where you can cook plenty of different meals, such as delicious meat, fresh fish or healhy vegetables.


Cancelations
Cancellations must be at least 8 weeks before the arrival for a complete refund.




Payments
50% of payment is required to be paid at the time of booking, and a full payment on arrival. Security deposit is 1,000 € and is required to be paid upon arrival by a card (no AMEX or diners).

The check in is after 16:00 pm. Early check in is also possible subject to availability. We would encourage you to inform us of the details of your stay so that we can give you better advise.
